About Me

Hi, I’m Susan. I am a certified health and wellness coach.

I used to struggle with terribly low energy myself. There was also a time when cravings controlled my life (or so I thought) and the extra weight was terribly stubborn and hard to shift.  So I know what it feels like to know what you have to do but for some reason just not be able to do it. Frustrating!  Confidence takes a hit and hope starts to dwindle.

More importantly, I now know what if feels like to rediscover what it means to live with energy and vitality, to live a life free from cravings at my ideal weight.

I can help you discover that you are in control, not your sugar cravings. With small, manageable changes, you can see big results in a short time. You can take back control of your health, lose weight, and feel fantastic. Let’s age well together!

What is Health Coaching?

I coach people over 40 who struggle with low energy, weight gain, cravings and sugar addiction to regain control of their health so they can feel great and live life to the fullest as they age. Getting older does not have to feel like a downhill slide. 

Together, we’ll assess your current health status and habits. Each week, we’ll set achievable goals and find solutions tailored to your needs. With delicious and balanced eating habits and some carefully considered lifestyle tweaks your health will rapidly improve! Note: Healthy meals can also be delicious!

    2 Information Sessions:
    Learn how to balance your blood sugar levels and eliminate cravings through diet and lifestyle adjustments. These sessions provide practical tips and insights to help you on your path to optimal health. Please note: These sessions are informational and do not include coaching.

    A Note on Blood Sugar Balancing:

    Balanced blood sugar is key to regulating hunger, cravings, and energy levels. When your blood sugar is stable, you feel at your best: energised, clear-headed, and emotionally balanced. It also supports brain health, mood stability, and weight management.

    However, when blood sugar becomes imbalanced, it can result in increased sugar cravings, irritability, poor sleep, brain fog, anxiety, low energy, and weight gain. Over time, it may contribute to chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and Alzheimer’s.
